Three story stone angular house in the
center of the village.

different levels connected by internal

The house is near the main square and has
the entrance on a common courtyard,
consisting of a lovely door framed by a
beautiful stone portal. On the ground floor
a small living room with vaulted ceiling,

heating of the entire house. An iron
staircase with wooden steps leads to the
upper floors. On the first floor there is a
bedroom with window to the courtyard, which

floor which is divided into two open rooms
characterized by the ancient ceiling with
wooden beams on sight: on the one hand a

courtyard and on the other a small room
(studio? ) which also has a single bed and
has its own window and skylight. The roof of
the house has been redone in wood preserving
the entablature and the original tiles, the
internal and external fixtures are equally
wooden and the windows have double pane
thermal and sometimes blinds, heating is
provided by the fireplace heat and hot water
health is produced by electric boiler, the
floors are all ceramic. Possible and easy
the connection to the network of natural gas
that passes in front of the house. The house
is fronted by a grassy area free (common
courtyard) of about 100 square meters
between two local roads. Several shops,
bars, post office, etc .... are in close
proximity; free parking in the vicinity.

The village of Sant`Eufemia a Maiella is
within the Majella National Park, at 900 m
above sea level between the mountains of
Maiella and Morrone; surrounded by woods,
valleys and rivers, rich in flora and fauna
in a wonderful natural environment. There
are several Churches, Palaces, the
Ethnographic Museum and the rich Botanical
Gardens. There are natural areas for relax
and trails for hiking or mountain biking in
the mountains of the National Park. Numerous
bus links with neighbouring centres. In a
few minutes by car you reach Passo San
Leonardo (cross country skiing and downhill)
and Caramanico (Spa Centre). Sant`Eufemia a
Maiella has as district the splendid
medieval village Roccacaramanico, at more
than 1000 metres above sea level, abandoned
in the ` 80 but is returning slowly to new
life. The A25 is 30 `, Pescara airport to 45
`, the beaches of the Adriatic Sea at 60 `,
Rome to 120 `.
